Brilliant but Scary does not offer returns or exchanges.
We do our best to provide quality products. However, because each candle is made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange candles for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards.
We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed.
If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us.
Brilliant but Scary is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier if your package is lost or stolen.
