Shipping policy

Order processing time is 2-3 business days prior to shipment unless otherwise stated.

All domestic and international orders will be shipped via USPS.

We do not cover international shipping customs fees. Any customs or VAT fees upon receiving packages will be covered by the customer. 

We offer FREE domestic shipping on orders $50+. It will automatically be applied during checkout.

All shipping rates are determined by carrier rates. During holidays, shipping prices may increase.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and packaged.

We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays.

Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being entered at checkout. If you need to change the address, you can do so by emailing before the package has been processed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier is in possession of the package, it is their responsibility. Please file a claim with the carrier if your package is lost or stolen.

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be reshipped, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
