These were not memories she particularly enjoyed reliving. So, she did what made sense to her and bottled them up. Literally. On days like today, though, she let herself feel - experience again - what she went through. She needed to remind herself how far she had come. 

Her story made her strong, and fierce, and burn from within. She dipped her head into the still water and suddenly regained her confidence.
